I took the AI and machine learning classes and thought they made enjoyable introductions to the topics. Each only took a few hours per week. Watching short videos and taking quizzes (and for the ML class, doing some generally straightforward programming assignments), with a set schedule, adds nice variety when you’ve been trying to self-educate mostly through reading.
I’m planning to do probabilistic graphical models in January and perhaps information theory in March.
